Biography

Dr. Marc Sniukas has over 20 years of experience working with senior leaders and their teams helping them to identify their highest-value opportunities and address their most critical strategic challenges.

He leverages unique expertise combining strategic problem-solving, innovative thinking on management and leadership, and pragmatic insights about people and organizations to help his clients shape strategy, deliver innovation, and create lasting transformation.

Next to his corporate work, Marc is a professor of management & innovation at the Luxembourg School of Business, and an executive education faculty member at Duke Corporate Education and Emeritus.

As the author of severalon strategy, business model innovation, and building new growth businesses, he is a sought-after speaker and advisor on the topics of growth strategy, strategic innovation, and new ways of working.

A former director of innovation at Deloitte, where he currently serves as an independent senior advisor, Marc is on the board of advisors of the Global Innovation Institute. Before that, he co-founded Business Model Gallery, the world's largest business model database.

Marc holds a:
  • Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School, where he specialized in business model innovation within established organizations

  • Master’s degree (Mag.rer.soc.oec) in business, economics, and social sciences, with a specialization in strategy from the Vienna University of Economics and Business

  • Certificate in training & organizational development from the Salzburg University Business School

He is also a certified Blue Ocean Strategy Practitioner, Design Sprint Facilitator, Entreprise Design Thinking Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, and has extensive training in group dynamics, workshop facilitation, and systemic consulting and organizational development.
